INTRODUCING
FATHERHOOD READY
The full course & toolkit to prepare you for birth, postpartum, and parenthood.
“This course was amazing. I feel as prepared as I can be to step into fatherhood. I appreciated the serious call to action. The exercises are what really brought it home. Letting my partner into those exercises allowed us to co-create a really solid foundation for our child. I am so stoked to be a part of this community and to step into this journey of fatherhood.”

If you've checked out any of the expecting dad books, then you know why we felt compelled to create this program. Those books are wildly outdated and set the bar way too low. "Don't make your wife cook and clean when she is 9 months pregnant." Yeah, no shit dude.
We started with a different premise. We created this program for the men who don’t accept the bare minimum. It’s for men who want to raise the bar on what it means to be a great father and husband. It’s for men who want to enter fatherhood feeling truly prepared, competent, and confident.
So we don’t dumb things down and give generic advice like “do some extra work around the house to help your pregnant wife.” We provide a detailed, step-by-step blueprint for becoming the best possible dad and partner you can be.
We’re confident that it’s 10x better than any other single resource out there. If you don't agree, we'll give you a full refund.

This course supports you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. So it's great to jump in wherever you are in journey!
If you're early in pregnancy, just start at the beginning of the course.
If it seems like labor is right around the corner, jump ahead to the birth module.
If baby is already here, dive into the postpartum module

There are around 5 hours of video lessons and 5-10 hours worth of guided exercises and conversations to complete on your own time.
We typically recommend you move through the course at whatever pace feels right for you given you current circumstance. We detail how to think about this in the intro module of the course, but here are a few potential paths you could take:
The slow burn: You’re early in the pregnancy journey, so you have plenty of time and can work through the course material at whatever pace feels right for you and your partner. We recommend going through most of the video content in the first few weeks so you understand the full picture, and then you can slowly work through the various exercises over several months.
The 11th hour crash course: You’re in the final 1-2 months (or maybe weeks!) of pregnancy, so you want to really crank through the course as quickly as possible. Maybe you only have time to consume the videos and do about 25% of the exercises before baby arrives. Don’t sweat it. You can always continue to work through this stuff over the coming months as you settle into parenthood.
The middle way: Or, if you’re somewhere in the midpoint of pregnancy, you probably want to work through most of the course material in the next 2-3 months.

We want to acknowledge that this first version of the course emphasizes just one particular parenting and relationship dynamic amongst many possible permutations. We both happen to be married men in heterosexual relationships with women who were able to conceive naturally without much complication.
We know that this is not the only pathway to parenthood, but we started here given it has been our lived experience and is what we feel most capable teaching about.
Our aim is not to be exclusionary, but to use our personal experience to be of the most service to the expecting dads we feel prepared to support.
