Material success doesn't fix our deepest problems, nor does it liberate our deepest self.

It’s time to stop following everyone else's wisdom and ignoring your own. Each one of us holds the wisdom of all of the men that have come before. We can open to our ancestors, to the earth, and to space itself –– and draw upon that inner wisdom.

THE STAR HOUSE
We've carefully chosen The Star House in Boulder as the seat of this event. Boulder is centrally located in the US, both geographically and energetically.
The Star House is constructed according to ancient geometric principles of ideal symmetry, proportion and harmony. It embodies in its structure the changing seasons, fluctuations in sunlight, and dance of the planets and constellations – a powerfully supportive space that honors and celebrates the cosmic rhythms of change while nurturing deeper connections between the land, stars and human hearts.
Through decades of devoted tending of this sacred space, there is a field of powerful energy that is being continually generated and that supports us in orienting to a deeper connection within ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world.
In this field, we can more easily look beyond the obvious, inviting ourselves to see more deeply, expand our perspective and open the flow of communication with all life forms, seen and unseen.

A NOTE
John and I (Dan) met in a men’s group in New York City in 2009. The group was on fire. At that moment in time, John was just transitioning into his career as a coach, and Dan was getting the clear call to build something big in the world of men.
We have been close friends, and supportive colleagues for over a decade, and for the last year we’ve been incubating a new vision. We see a missing piece in the world of men’s work and coaching–a truly elite container for the men poised to make impact on a planetary level.

John O’Connor is a Husband, Father and seasoned Executive Coach currently living Boulder Colorado . He has worked with thousands of clients over the 12 years, working with top-performing CEO’s, entrepreneurs and people on a mission to create change in the world. John is a Certified Master Coach and Certified NLP and Brain Based Leadership Trainer. He leverages his unique multi-disciplined approach helping people activate their potential and reach the next level in both their personal and professional lives.

Dan Doty is a global men’s work leader, executive coach, and somatic meditation teacher. As founder of EVRYMAN, Fatherhood Unlocked, and Rite of Passage, he leads the contemporary cultural conversation around masculinity, fatherhood, and spirituality. Dan is most comfortable in nature and committed to practicing and sharing work that brings our wildness and our love out into the open. He lives in Maine with his wife and 3 children.
