Mothers alone cannot shoulder the burdens of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. We need dads to show up, lean in, and become true partners in this process.

But just like new mothers, fathers need education, support, and community to succeed in this new role.

That’s exactly what we offer with Fatherhood Ready. We inspire men to reach for their fullest potential as fathers and husbands — and provide the roadmap, guidance, support, and accountability to make sure they fulfill this potential.

Our aspiration is to support 100,000 dads over the next 5 years. If we’re successful, we can make a massive positive impact in this world. Image the effect on mothers, children, families, and our broader society if 100,000 men stepped up to become the best versions of themselves. The legacy of that change would be felt for generations to come.

    We started with a different premise. We created this program for the men who don’t accept the bare minimum. It’s for men who want to raise the bar on what it means to be a great father and husband. It’s for men who want to enter fatherhood feeling truly prepared, competent, and confident.

    So we don’t dumb things down and give generic advice like “do some extra work around the house to help your pregnant wife.” We provide a detailed, step-by-step blueprint for becoming the best possible dad and partner you can be.
